Here's the diagnosis!   Here is what your update changed.  If you view the source of the email, the following is what is causing Outlook to crash:   src="//102.112.2O7.net/b/ss/paypalglobal/1/G.4--NS/123456?pageName=system_email_PP464"   It used to be:   src="https://102.112.2O7.net/b/ss/paypalglobal/1/G.4--NS/123456?pageName=system_email_PP464"   The missing https: is causing outlook to hang while it is trying to load your image.    I'll take a portion of your programmers salary please, heck I don't even know how to fix computers. Come on guys. I get the time issue, but you really should of had this handled by now! I've had the problem for five days. You just need to go in and change some code.
