I have the same problem - checking my list of pre-approved payments, there are at least 15 dating back years and although I used PayPal to pay all these businesses, I never authorized or requested any of them to be pre-approved for payment. Angie's List, National Geographis, Kmart, Office Depot, and many more - this is totally unacceptable! I see that I can cancel them all, but if there is a way to prevent this from happening, PayPal needs to make it known.
