I've been looking and looking and looking for an answer to this, but no one can provide me a direct answer; not even the Green Dot company themselves. When you buy a Moneypak and then put the ENTIRE balance into your Paypal, are you still going to be charged? I've heard that if you still have money on the CARD you'll be charged, but what I want to know is if there's a fee after emptying the card into your PayPal balance. I know I may not use the money immediately, which is why I'm worried about a fee, but it'll be in my PayPal for when I DO need it. I've tried numerous times to apply for a debit card, and I thought I may have misput a birthday when I first signed up. However, I can't find any settings to change my birthday, except to upgrade to a Business acount, but I certainly don't have the money. Does this mean only Business accounts on Paypal can get a card?
