I just wanted to point out that they just authorized the use of visa debit in Canada by changing the regulations up here.. CIBC is one of the banks that has jumped on board.. Why would paypal not want to jump on board with this again?? This would be helpful to many businesses that accept payments by paypal, but need instant access to their cash to make payments to companies.. right now I have to look at other options for accepting payments with my business because paypal just does not offer the card into canada. kindly take the time to talk to upper management and ask them for a review.
