Merchant account here - the same just happened to me, but I'm using Wells Fargo. I've done this literally hundreds of times in the last few years, and everything has gone smoothly - now the 1-3 day free transfer is gone and when I click on the "Why don't I see all my banks and cards?" link the error is "These can't be used for standard transfers", but of course I can do it for a 1% fee. Hopefully this is just a temporary error, and not a new scheme. Maybe Paypal is needing new revenue streams since eBay just ditched them.
