Dear Community Member Olivia,   I received the same emails over a course of the last three days, basically saying the same thing. It's telling me that my account has been temporarily limted in the first email and that it want me to download and extract a form and then provide personal account information in order to restore my account to it original state and this was all being requested because of new security measures paypal was taking and it was all part of paypals regular screening procedures and that they noticed issues within my account and that my account was trying to be accessed by a third party and they received a report of unauthorized credit card use associated with my account. ect, ect, ect... ( PAYPAL DOES NOT, AND WILL NOT DO THIS) I can assure you that this is a fraudulent email, Spam, Spyware or worse someone trying to hack into your account and you should not and never reply nor click on any links associated with any of these emails that are being sent to you. If  indeed you ever have any questions or second thoughts about these type of matters you should always contact paypal first before you act, never give these criminals the upper hands. Hope that this helped somewhat with your concerns. ... View more
