I filed a dispute on this company. When I made the first order for $59.99 I got an email from them stating that I had forgotten my telephone number and that they would be refunding my money for that order and that I should place a NEW one and make sure my number was on the order....so trusting them I placed the new order for $63.99. To my surprise the next day I saw that they not only got the $59.99 from my bank account and the $63.99 but they did not refund the money and then I waited to get the goods in the game...I did not log out of Secondlife for 6 days....during that time I realized I had been a party to a rip off scam and made a dispute....thats when I got the responce that the goods had been delivered ...but my transaction history in the game showed nothing of the sort.....apon that false statement I went back to paypal and put in a claim for fraud.....I did not know that it would cancel my first complaint against this compant....so now here it is ....the 17th of Febuaryand I am out aprox $130.00 and recieved nothing of the product as I should have and have a dead end in finding a resolve. YES I am angry...very VERY much so...I have sent countless emails to the company and NOT ONE SINGLE REPLY.....not one. And Paypal will not help me...
