This was my first time buying a knife from a forum with paypal and I didn't know what I was doing. The guy told me he would send me a tracking number. After I sent the money, he said he received it and he would send tomorrow and he never relpied. He has logged on twice since I've replied and it was five days ago. The reason I am REALLY worried is because I didn't know what I was doing, and I made the mistake of doing the payment owed option instead of paying for goods. From what I've read, there isn't anything I can do because I don't have enough "proof", but I'm still trying to have hope. Is there anyway I can get my money back? Note: I have submitted a dispute, but I don't think Paypal is going to do anything about it since I did the payment owed option instead of goods...
