I had a buyer say what i sent them was the wrong size, i told them to return it and they have not, nor have they replied to my last few requests if they sent the item back or not. Now the case will be "automatically closed" on 1/5, and the message tells me to contact the buyer (which i did) before that date! What should i do? Some people online are telling me not to escalate it in paypal, but to me this message sounds like i will loose the dispute! below is the message from pp This problem will automatically close on November 5, 2015 at 11:29 AM.
