I am unhappy with Paypal. I have had my account for YEARS. I have ALL positive feedbacks - never have had a problem. Added a new email address to my Paypal account and now my payments from others are being held for 21 days and then on the 22nd day it's still held? What is the problem? Is this how you treat loyal customers? I think Paypal needs to review it's policies and treat goodstanding, longtime customers better than this!
