i have the same problem. i made 3 purchases today on ebay. the first 2 was 25 dollars in total was cleared instantly while my 3rd order of 175 dollars is pending... Why does this happen ? Answers is greatly appreciated. i dun wanna get a bad rating in ebaybecause of this.
