Someone Please tell me ? Why does Paypal continue to put a hold on my $ when the item is delivered ? Why do the GOOD sellers have to suffer because some people are not honest ? I have 100 % feedback, my items are in mint condition, and I always communicate with the buyers..... To a degree I understand why this rule went into effect, but It should only apply to the people who made this rule (A RULE).. I am frustrated and I am looking for another entity to to sell my clothes, etc. on. Bri Bri
