I got a 35.00 overdraft fee because my eBay fees is set to withdraw automatically each month. Primary fund is set to paypal balance back up is bank account. This month paypal didn't use the balance and charged to whole amount to the backup funding source thus causing the overdraft. Now they haven't responded to 3 emails I have sent concerning this transaction? I have never had a problem with paypal before has something changed?
