I regret that I agreed to enrolled in BillMeLater. Whenever I pay for an item on ebay, I have to pay with BillMeLater and I can't pay with my paypal balance. And whenever I pay with BillMeLater, they charge extra finance fee ( atleast $2 or more ) on the current BillMeLater Balance. PAYPAL IS NOW CHARGING EBAY BUYERS AS WELL AS SELLERS FOR EACH TRANSACTION. THIS IS A BIG SCAM BY PAYPAL. DO NOT USE IT ! BEWARE PEOPLE ! I JUST CLOSE MY STUPID BILLMELATER ACCOUNT !
