Paypal closed my case for a refund, when I gave them an invalid tracking # but I didn't give them a invalid tracking # for an Item, now the seller has my item. Freaking usps scanned the package wrong and it said it was delilvered to California on the tracking # but it was delivered to Ohio. So, I called them usps up and they made a mistake they freaking scanned it wrong and after that paypal closed my case. What can I do to get my refund? ... View more
