Hi everyone! Here is what I did: First open up your multio order shipping page. Then hold ALT and press T, it should bring up your tools menu. Now click compatibility mode! Should be up and running now! IE9 should remember every time you open multi-order shipping but only time will tell. Hope thats helps!
