okay heres my long story, ima try to make it short. i bought an item that was like 200$. he sent it to the wrong person and sent me something else. i contacted him, we talked it out and he insisted on me to wait for the other person to return the item to him and he would over night it to me. i agreed, hoping this would only take acouple of days. acouple days later he got back to me and he sayd the person was on "vacation" and it wouldnt get to me for another week. i kindly asked for a refund, and he CANCELLED the transaction on ebay. (i was told cancellation was only for things that arent shipped or payed for?) but he sayd that the refund would automatically go thru. i explained to him that he had to go to paypal to refund me. he claimed that the refund button wasnt working. i copied and pasted the instructions from ebay telling him exactly what to do to refund me (i figured since he cancelled it, the refund button might not be working, but i also gave him the instructions to just send me money, like as a payment on paypal) TODAY, he SAID he made a refund (i thought the refund button wasnt working?!) and he said to give it acouple days to go thru. BUT NOTHING IS SHOWING UP IN MY PAYPAL ACCOUNT OR MY BANK ACCOUNT. and i thought any activity with my account would be emaild to me. NOTHING! should i yet again wait on him to see what happens? or should i just file a dispute? (this has been going on about three weeks, im really tired of it, i just want my money so i can buy something i should of had a long time ago) 😞 plz help!
