I sold an item through ebay to international bidder in France.Shipped item Sept.21st,buyer received item SEPT.28th.Buyer posted me positve feedback on OCT.2nd.Then,on Oct.10th,8 days after leaving me good feedback, she files aunautorized credit card use.I send paypal & the charge-back response & the credit card company all info they requested, address shipped, how shipped, customs form nunber & shipping receipt. One day after giving all details to credit card co,I am told by paypal that I did not have sufficient evidence & they deducted the money from my account. It is up to paypal to check out the credit card companies to make sure everytihng is legit, that's why we sellers pay paypal fees. Now,I am out item, payment & fees.Buyer ripped me off big time.I checked her feedback & she has recently done this to other sellers. How can she be stopped, why can't an honset seller get their money due to them & why can't paypal demand buyer to return item.I mean after all,she supposedly did not authorize credit card use,so why would she want to keep something if she supposedly did not o.k.the purchase.
