I have been using OSCOMMERCE with Paypal accepting credit cards. I'm trying to complete a order with a customer who has charged (VISA) in the past with no problems. Nothing on their account has changed but I get this message "Unable to process payment. Please contact the merchant as the shipping address provided by the merchant is invalid" that I don't understand. Trying to call in for problems seems impossible. Any help would be appreciated.
