Just wanted to note that I tried this and it didn't work for me. I've been trying to find out why I'm getting the "Sorry" message for several days, and still haven't figured it out. I've cleared cookies and cache, so it's not that. From what I'm reading, it sounds like there may be several reasons for the message, so I thought I'd post back here in case anyone else is going through this painful process. I've read elsewhere that it may simply be PayPal's servers are slow. Is that true?
