Hi All,   Unfortunately I fell for the facebook ad scam in which a seller has ripped images straight from Etsy and is selling the handcrafted items for 25% for what it normally sells for. The signs were there and I didn't pay attention so that's my fault however I emailed and called the phone and support email address listed on the website immediately. No surprise the phone number is OUT OF SERVICE and the email address bounced back. With no choice I opened up a claim and on both occasions 4/7/2021 and 4/8/2021 I have asked the seller to cancel the order and refund the money. The seller says "Hi dear, the item is custom-made , which is delicate and beatiful. And it's also popular among customer, so it needs time to prepare for. I have already arranged priority delivery for you. Could you wait for mroe days? Sincerely thanks for you!" and is not cooperating. Since I have have asked twice and now a third time can paypal get involved? The claim says I cannot escalate the order yet however the problem is I fear that the seller is going to be like "I just shipped the item" and win the claim with the wait time to escalate to a representative to look into the issue. Has any one else experienced this? Did the reps tell you you have to wait unfortunately? This seller is clearly stalling here. Yeah I have a question about the notification, does the notification appear right away after the buyer sends the e-check or does it take a couple days for it to send the notification to your email? Because I haven't gotten any notification and nothing has yet shown up in my transaction history, its passed 10 days and theres still nothing. If nothing changes should I just report his email? ... I had my doubts, but this person I've been doing buisness said that he sent me money but had to get it from his bank account, usually for me it takes right away. I've requested money from his account to see his details but it says that he is unverified which I come to understand that his account isnt associated with any bank account. The thing is he said goods come first before actual money, and I'm done waiting for the money because there's no way an e-check takes longer than 7 days. Should I just report this guy for having a false account and probaly scamming or wait a few more days? Because he hasn't responded to any of my emails and when I talk to him on chat all he says is this "It's nearly done." What should I do? ... View more

It currently says cancelled for one transaction and pending for the other, but in my bank account it took payments for both of them. Do I have to wait for it to cancel or the merchant to cancel the order? ... View more
