What's going on? trying to make a payment through ebay for an item...as I have done so many times before and wallop!! It's saying I need to verify and lift limits.... SO I got to my account and it's telling me that it's verified already and so I look at this limits bit and click to lift limits...suddenly Im being asked about business details and the info coming up isn't my DOB and I'm concerned something weird is happening!!! Now I'm worried and can't quite get my head around why I even have limits and how I sort this out at all????
