Hi, I had a payment to make for ebay. The payment did not go through because I did not have the funds in my pp account or the bank acct it was liked to . I now have money in both but the payment is not set to resend until Feb. 14 and today is the 3rd. I want to know if there is anyway to attempt to resubmit the payment before then,.thanks
