Hi.  I also have had a 21 day hold put on my paypal account and I cannot figure out why.  I have called 3 times and emailed once in the last 2 weeks and have not received an answer from anyone.  Every time I have called, the operator that I'm speakingwith doesn't see anything negative on my account either.  They simply cannot figure out why my account is on hold because I have 100% Positive Feedback from my customers and I have not had any problems with my Paypal balance and have always paid my fees on time.  If you have heard anything, please let my know.   Thanks. ... I received a notice on email that my account was going to have a 21 day hold.  I really cannot figure out why a hold has been issued, since there is absolutely nothing negative on my Ebay or Paypal account.  I have called Paypal 3 times and have sent 1 email to Paypal and the operators that I spoke with have looked at my account and have told me that they cannot see any reason that my account has been put on hold.  This is all so disappointing since I have been so careful to follow the Policies of Paypal and Ebay both.  I thought I was doing really well and then  my account was put on hold.  Can anyone give me an answer of what else I need to do, especially since I haven't received an answer from anyone yet?   Thanks. ...
