PayPal Community

I was told that we do not have to offer paypal, just some form of instant payment, i.e. a merchant account or any online payment company. Needless to say I am looking into it. Pay pal and Ebay are nothing more than crooks, period. I am making a prediction that as soon as someone else comes along to provide these services both Ebay and Paypal will be out of business just like so many other large companies who have mistreated their customers. Does anyone have actual proof that paypal and Ebay are owned by the same company? Everyone should come together and file a class action lawsuit. Their are regulations on how much you can be charged and between their initial fees and the interest that they collect on the money being held this has to be too much. I have 2 seperate items that have been paid for, shipped and Positive feedback left. The hold still hasn't been released Over 72 hours later. Tried emailing and calling but can not reach a real person. It has been my experience that only those who intend to defraud need to hide. I jumped thru hoops verifying myself yet I have no idea who these people are, where they are or able to talk to a real person.
