I used Paypal Express Checkout to buy something online and I didn't receive the item.I would like to open a dispute but the problem is that seeing as I used the express checkout I was only give the receipt number and for me to file a dispute I would need a transaction ID.How would I go about open if I don't have a transaction ID?
