Delivery Confirmation shows pkg's as being deliver...

Hello,   I would like someone, anyone's really, two cents on the following situation:   I had placed two orders with an internet independent small business in late August. The USPS Delivery Confirmation numbers for those two (separate) packages showed both as being out for delivery last Tuesday, 9/6. The final status for both packages showed as 'Delivered.' However, up to this point, I still have not received anything. I strongly believe both were misdelivered to another address. I called my neighborhood post office today and the employee informed me no packages in my name was at the post office.   What typically would happen in this type of situation? The vendor said if the post office could not help, out of courtesy they'd be happy to reship (mere courtesy and not genuine obligation?). I spoke with someone at PayPal yesterday and they said I can go ahead and file a dispute if I wanted.   Please offer your advice/experience/knowledge.   Thanks in advance!     ... View more
