The claim was started as, not what she expected meaning, she got SOMETHING in the post from the seller, so what you are saying is that.... the buyer has stated they got a parcel, the seller has legal (yes it's legal proof in the eyes of UK law) that a parcel was send and that isn't enough for paypal... It's also, P&P Postage and packing... not just Postage.. or doesn't paypal support the use of packing with it's service? I'd also, cancel automatic payments if you have it setup and drain the Paypal account, that way, if they do go against you.. they can't legally automatticly bill you so you go into Negative ballance. Then call the FOS and Trading standards over it. but refuse to pay the debt off until it's been looked at,
