I also have this problem - I have 147 score and 100% positive feedback, great detailed seller ratings, all 4.9 or above, have been on ebay since Jan 2011, and am having exactly the same problem as you - at first the service was great, now every withdrawal I make is pending for days! I made a wire transfer at 12 mins past midnight on 26th and paid the £5 fee to ensure the money reached my bank account within 1-2 working days as it states, yet at present it is the start of the fourth day and it is STILL pending. I also can't seem to get a decent response from a paypal rep, I just keep getting the same email back that it has been placed on a security hold for checks - they have done this on the last three withdrawals I made! Surely one or even two security checks within 2 weeks is sufficient?? Maybe a Paypal representative or someone who knows why will be able to respond to our messages and help to resolve this? If anyone can help with some answers I for one would be very grateful, as I'm sure the person who wrote the original message I am responding to will be. Thanks.
