A SELLER SOLD A BROKEN PRODUCT. I WAS TOLD TO RETURN THE PROCUCT WHICH I DID. THE SELLER RECEIVED THE PRODUCT BACK AND DID NOT SEND A REPLACEMENT PRODUCT OR REFUND. FILED A CLAIM WITH EBAY AND PAYPAL WHICH WAS BOTH DENIED DUE TO THE TRANSACTION BEING MORE THAN 45 DAYS OLD. THE REASON IT TOOK SO LONG IS THAT ONE THE SELLER IS IN HONG KONG AND BY THE TIME I FIGURED OUT THE SELLER WASNT GOING TO SEND ME ANYTHING IT WAS 47 DAYS LATER. ALSO THE SELLER IS NO LONGER A REGISTERED SELLER ON EBAY NOW, SO I ANT CONTACT THE SELLER. I AM AT MY WITS END. CAN ANYONE TELLME WHAT I SHOULD DO NEXT??? HELP!!!!!
