Dear Paypal Moderator Adrian, this seems to be a "popular" problem; i've been on paypal for years and send and recieve payments with paypal weekly, but since moving recently, cannot figure out a way to confirm my new address so online purchases automatically ship there. help pleeeeeease. every time i make a purchase or print a shipping label i need to go in and change my return and shipping address and when i forget, things get messy.
