Here is the whole story. I am trying to purchase from this site ck3.co.uk through paypal. I am using my cousins paypal a/c, have verified the card, also verified it with visa. But whenever I am trying to do the transaction, it says sorry your payment wont go through. I have called the bank, and they are saying I have to choose the option Bill me in the currency listed on the seller's invoice. But that option is nowhere to be found! I am using an Indian credit card and the conversion should be from pound to rupees!
