I have been waiting for an item I paid over $1000 for. Seller said it was shipped. Asked for the tracking number. Haven't heard from the seller since. I have disputed the transaction as it has been over a week and a half the transaction was done. If Paypal is holding those funds, GOOD! It gives the buyer (me) a chance to make sure I am actually getting what I paid for. Maybe the rules should be different for those who sell alot with no problems. As for me I'm the buyer. I am for Paypal protecting us.
