So i haven't used Paypal in awhile and since then my Debit card has expired. I have thrown that debit card away and have been trying to put new info in. Since it has been awhile i also forgot my password. No big deal Right! Wrong, it Tell's me to enter in the Debit card info in and then i can change my password then change my debit card. WELL i don't have that card anymore...UGH what do i do?!?!?!
