The fact that all of us are seeing delays of almost exactly the same length tells me this is something PayPal has done intentionally because it is the same irrespective of who our email providers are.   So, I'm going to go ahead and conclude they did this on purpose.  I just don't understand the reasoning behind it...other than to anger people.  I don't see a legitimate reason for this. ... Nice try, attempting to blame it on our email servers, but you would be wrong.   Payment *sent* notifications arrive at my inbox immediately after sending a payment.   Payment *received* notifications are delayed 3+ hours.   Would someone please truthfully explain to us why you are doing this?  It is clearly a change that has occurred over the past week because everything was working fine before this.   Please stop blaming our email providers.  Myself and many on here have tested this and it is NOT a problem with OUR email servers.  This is obviously a change paypal has made. ...
