I have 3 cases with this China merchant- 1 case remains open since I shipped a not as described item back after a 3 month delay in receiving item. Cost to me was $48.99 plus $27.75 ship back. Case 2 was denied because merchant showed a tracking code BUT the item was not what I ordered and cost me $58.00. I want to dispute the case deniel based on not what I ordered. Case 3 items ordered at same time -Dec 2019 and STILL not received 4 months later - total out of pocket so far is $176.00 plus $28 ship back. The vendor keeps sending back nonsensical apology emails JUST to let Paypal know they are communicating.. (?) I have pictures of the item I did not order but received - no way in heck was this cheap blazer worth $58 US. This merchant uses faked up clothes items and then sends cheap poorly made replicas. Complaining via Resolution at Paypal simply delays action for me -- I cannot sit by laptop waiting for someone to resolve something that they already know should be in my favor. I don't have this problem with other China merchants- just this one.
