It wasn't on ebay, and no, it didn't really have a description. My main complaint is that I should be guaranteed a refund, but they are ignoring me. I figured they might hold true to that if a dispute was opened, because they don't have a number to call and if they ignore my emails, they can get away with it and I'm out of 200 dollars.
