Yes, I got an error you didn't but it's the same issue: a basic function won't work. It's been over a week for me. I heard from chat to wait 72 hours. That likely won't work. I've had this account for almost 20 years and done this many times. I'm going to wait but then request a check be mailed and not use paypal any longer. It is completely absurd that one can't transfer money without investing hours and then have it mailed. This is not 2004 and there are many alternatives.
