I recently added my bank account but then deleted it because my balance is negative and I didn't want to get overdraft fees due to the small amounts Paypal deposits and withdraws several days later. So I deleted the bank account and confirmation emails. Now my balance is okay so I tried adding it again but now it tells me the bank account is already being used by another user. This is my only Paypal account, so did somebody get my number and try to link it, or was there some fluke due to me deleting it right away and it thinks I still have it? HELP!!!
