Poor Paypal and Seller Service

Hello All,              I bougth an item from ebay and paid through paypal on Jan 20. Paypal complete the payment to the seller Jan 21 and posted on my account that the payment has been posted. I send the seller to email me Track # which I have never heard from her/him yet. Instead Paypal sent me a Track # ON Jan 25 five day after the payment was completed. The checked the tracking # link and it is not even acknowledged by USPS posted a message saying, "The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on January 25, 2011 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. Information, if available, is updated periodically throughout the day. Please check again later. " Paypal' customer service is bogus. They are very defensive, arogant and don't try to understand buyer's question let alone answer. I am willing to pay the seller but if I dont have my item by today listen paypal don't expect any money from me. ... View more
