I lied.  I got 50 cents back.  Yes it was an ebay item.   No I never got the rest.     Status We were able to recover $0.50 USD from the seller and processed a refund to you. What happens next We're working with the seller to recover the rest of your refund. We'll let you know when the seller is able to full refund your payment. Can't help you but just to let you feel better I'm on the opposite sprectrum.   I lost as a buyer.    I bought a used car part and it wasn't even close to being in the condition the picture and description said.   I mailed the item back and never got a refund (Total w/o back ship = around $30).    I filed a dispute and after a long wait paypal SIDED WITH ME.   Woohoo I thought.  Getting my money back from this crook.   I got my money back, well.............75 cents back.   Paypal is THE JOKER.   Does what he wants.    You think he's on your side but he's not.  Don't turn your back to him. ... I am in the same boat.  I paid with paypal which is instant and the money was shown deducted from bank account a few days  later.   They seller was good with communication before I bought, but after I bought I've only gotten one response saying paypal is limiting his/her account blah blah.   That's not my fault.   I've done my part as a buyer and have paid in full.   It's not my fault that paypal is messing with your account.   Ship my item.     I'm irritated obviously.     Is there a way to find out if the ebay seller has recieved the transaction? ...
