I go to my primary account seetings, and the old email needs to be changed b/c it is deader than a doornail. (Hotmail has gone into meltdown mode killing several users' accounts, myself incuded) So I HAVE to change my email info. However, I get this response when I try to add a new email account: "You have already requested money from this email address. For security purposes, you are not allowed to add this email address to your PayPal account." I have NO idea what the crap this means. HELP please!!
