I was selling a laptop on cardiff gumtree anyway someone contacted me and said they wanted it it wasn't untill i recieved payment i relised it was for nigeria and she wanted me to send it for a gift to her brother.I am not prepared to post to nigeria.  So i sent the money back anyway on my paypal it is clased has cancelled i had a email from paypal saying that if i do not give them a tracking number in 48 hours they are going to file legal action against me i think its a fraud ... I put an advert on cardiff gumtree and someone answered and said they wanted the item anyway she sent me the money with paypal and when i got her address i learned she lived in nigeria.I am not prepared to post to nigeria so i sent her money back its says cancelled on my paypal account. Anyway i got an email from paypal cos i have not sent a tracking number they will proceed to do legal action against me in 48 hours.  I am really upset over this has i know i sent the money back straight away it even says cancelled on it ...
