I was selling virtual goods on a website to a buyer, and we did the transaction, but shortly after i found out from another user on the website that this person uses hacked paypals, shortly after paypal put a temp hold and stuff and i told them to reverse it and it says its reversed, but NOW i have a unauthorized bank claim from the paypal user, i've already refunded it but i can't enter the ID so what do i do?? i had 53$ but the 13 got refunded so im at 40 now. idk what to do. the one says paypal temp hold etc the replaced then reversed but now theres a bank claim and it says i need to provide proof of refund.
