I think it's kinda crap. I only allowed US bidders to win my auction today and a US person won, but they are not US verified?, even though they have a confirmed US address (probably have overseas bank account). Now I'm charged an extra 1% for something out of my control and something I can not stop in the listing. Unless there is something I'm missing?
