I've got a hold on incoming money from eBay, made my first sale and since it is my first, they're holding my funds, sure ok I can understand that. What I can't understand is why they choose to charge my bank account which had pocket change in it for the shipping label (which WAS a paypal label) instead of taking it from the money I have on hold instead (like it said it can/would). Because of that I didn't have the necessary funds to cover the shipping charge and I got hit with a $32 NSF fee and am in the hole and I don't have any chance of paying any kind of fee off until this coming Friday, and I'm just gonna keep getting hit for not having a positive balance.
