I have another PayPal account I need access to. It contains an old email address and I forgot the password. Attempt to re-set password email correspondence goes to an inactive email account so do not receive them. I need to change my contact and email address to my current email account and re-set my password. There is some money in the PayPal account I need to have access to it so abandoning the account is not an option. Help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you,
