Try this if you want to keep your existing UPS shipper number.  This will also keep your eBay/UPS shipping discount that you should have previously setup.    1.       Login to PayPal 2.       Click on Profile, just under the blue tabs labeled Merchant Services. 3.       On the Profile page, look at the right-most column Selling Preferences, and click Shipping Preferences. 4.       Look for UPS Information.  VERY IMPORTANT: WRITE DOWN THE UPS ACCOUNT NUMBER THAT IS LISTED. 5.       DOUBLE CHECK THE UPS ACCOUNT NUMBER YOU WROTE DOWN. 6.       Click the “Remove UPS Information”.  7.       Next, click the REMOVE button. 8.       Wait for the message that verifies the removal. 9.       Now, go back to the Selling Preferences column, click the Shipping Preferences. 10.   Find the UPS Information.  Click on Add or Edit UPS Information. 11.   Enter the UPS Account number that you wrote down.  Click SAVE.  A message should appear confirming the changes. 12.   Print your shipping label.   ...
