Yup. They suddenly and without reason slapped my account with a 21-day freeze on the funds I collect from my sales. Forget about my 171 positive eBay transactions. I have NO negatives, NO disputes, and NO other pending resolution issues whatsoever. But suddenly and for no justifiable reason I can't access the money I make for three weeks? Thanks PayPal! You're a bunch of **bleep**! Your customer appreciation is underwhelming! And thanks for your near non-existent customer service! Thank you for passing the buck and telling me I have to talk to eBay about it! (And thank you, eBay for putting me on hold for over an hour and forgetting I was even on the line!) You both **bleep**! You've taken away all inscentive for me to sell via eBay and PayPal. Hey, when I make money, YOU make money. Don't you get it?
