Actually it still doesn't help. I never had my UPS account linked to Paypal, and only tried today for the first time. Everything on my UPS account matches exactly to the information I put into paypal and it still comes back saying it can not verify my UPS account. My UPS account is used on a nearly daily basis so it is not expired.
